Attention high schoolers - 

Vinay Krishnaswamy, a senior at Gunn High School - has kindly donated his summer internship earnings so that other local students (in high school) can also experience the exciting world of aviation. Successful applicants will get a free helicopter flight !

Eligibility:

• You should be currently enrolled in a local high school near Palo Alto airport - within a 5 mile radius

Process:

• Meet Vinay in person for a live discussion - 

  • Either at the Palo Alto airport day

  • Or attend an safety seminar on helicopters and airplanes 

    • Oct 22nd - 5:00pm - Advantage Aviation - Palo Alto airport

    • Nov 15th - 10:30am - West Valley Flying Club - Palo Alto airport

• Provide evidence of local high school enrollment

• Answer this questionnaire on - 

  • Why they are interested in aviation

  • How airplanes and helicopters are different and unique

  • How local airports and small aircraft help the local community 

  • Why aviation is a crucial part of our society today

  • And how aviation technology is evolving

  • What they know about the various lifetime career paths aviation offers

• Winners will be selected based on their thoughtful and meaningful answers to the above
